• Initial Observations: The name of the challenge is webdecode it might include a base64

• Web inspector
• https://www.base64decode.org/

Solution Steps

1. Viewing the source code of the web pages
   The Home and Contact pages didn’t have much But the The About page had something interesting an encoded string

   

2. Decoding the base64
   Simply enter the string and get the flag
